What material are Feder jewellery made of?

Our jewellery are made of 18K yellow, rose and white gold (with a rhodium finish) and we use high quality diamonds and gems (our minimum quality of diamonds is H colour and SI clarity). Please check every product’s description for specific details about its materials. For bigger carat weight diamonds we provide a GIA certificate. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is an independent laboratory which is respected worldwide. It constitutes an "identity card", which attests to the quality of the stone and details its properties. It is considered the strictest type of certificate available today so you can rest assure you are getting the highest quality of diamonds.

Can I have my jewellery engraved?

Yes, please specify your request on the checkout page under the comments section.

How do I care for my Feder jewellery?

We recommend storing your jewellery in original boxes. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, pool, gym or spraying it with scents or cosmetics so that they are kept away from liquids. Please check our care guide for further information.


How do I know my ring size?

Please use our sizing guide for assistance on how to choose your ring size.


How do I use my gift vouchers and coupon codes?

For both Coupon codes and gift vouchers, these need to be entered at the checkout page.


Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, you are able to check out as a guest but you will miss future offers, guides and events as you will not be part of our loyal community.


How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Please note that our jewellery are individually handcrafted in order to deliver the highest quality and precision possible. Therefore your order is made especially for you and will take 2-4 weeks to complete once payment is received.We use a secured courier shipping company that usually takes 5-7 working days to deliver from the moment you receive our “dispatched email”. 

What are the shipping costs for items purchased through Feder Jewellery website?

We offer complimentary secured shipping to your doorstep, we do however require you to receive and sign for the incoming package.


Are there any taxes I’ll need to pay in addition to the shown prices?

All prices shown on the website include VAT relevant for our UK clients.


Can I ship my order to an international location?

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom at the moment but we are working on expanding our reach to other countries. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom please contact us.


Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All of our items arrive in the exclusive Feder box. If you do however like your package to be gift wrapped please use the comments box on the chekout screen and ask for a gift wrapping.


Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

During checkout you can include a message in the comments box. It will be printed on a card that will be added to the package.


How can I make returns or exchanges?

Merchandise purchased on Feder Jewellery's website may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. In case of a mistake while purchasing for the wrong item please send us an email as quickly as possible so we can amend the order or cancel it before our craftsmen start to build your piece.
Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or engraved items. Please refer to our Exchanges & returns page for further information.


What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?

Once we have dispatched the goods, we will email you. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery please contact us.


When would I be charged for my order?

All payments will be taken shortly after completion of order, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your bank account
